• New and existing building inspections, for families and businesses, are our specialty.
  
• Residential inspection reports detail conditions that are present and visible at the time of inspection.  Reports are produced utilizing unbiased wording.
  
• Commercial building inspections have a one or two tier option.  First is a site inspection of structure and surrounding drive, parking, lawn sprinklers, roof, plumbing electrical, and mechanical.  Or commercial building owners/buyers may opt for a more detailed, inspection including cost estimates.
  
• Property Maintenance Inspections are completed using International Property Maintenance Code (a section of the International Code).

Owner and facilitator of field inspections, Jack Kelly, has years of construction, engineering, and education in the building industry. Jack's qualifications include:

Pat Kelly, office manager, keeps our office files, PCs, invoicing, etc. up to date.
